Your reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received.
A confirmation email, including your booking details and a reference number, will be sent to you.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us to check room availability.
Check-out time is no later than 12:00 p.m. Additional fees may apply for late check-outs without prior approval.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace and quiet of other residents. Any loud or disruptive activities in communal areas are strictly prohibited.
Mutual respect is essential. Any aggressive behavior, whether verbal or physical, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Access to our facilities (pool, spa, gym, etc.) is subject to specific hours and rules. Please inquire on-site for details.
Any damage to the facilities or non-compliance with usage instructions may result in repair fees.
For your safety and comfort, we recommend always locking your rooms and not leaving valuables unattended.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly in public areas and when using communal facilities.

Marraguest is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside; please use them.
You are responsible for any damage caused to Marraguest property, whether caused by you or your guests. Repair or replacement fees may be charged as necessary.
During your stay, you are required to abide by local laws. Any illegal activities will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, with associated fees billed.

Free Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued, and cancellation fees may apply.

Exceptions
