Marraguest Rules

At Marraguest, we are committed to providing our clients with a memorable and hassle-free experience. To ensure your stay goes smoothly, we ask that you review and adhere to the following rules.

2. Security Deposit

2.1. Amount

The villa is rented furnished and decorated. To this end, a security deposit in cash or by bank check will be required from the client upon arrival.

2.2. Refund

The security deposit will be refunded provided that the tenant has paid for any damages incurred.

3. Conditions for Use of the Villa and Services

3.1. Occupants

Only the number of persons specified at the time of booking is allowed to occupy the villa, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the landlord or their representative.

Any person not declared on the rental contract will not be allowed to enter the villa, either during the day or at night, unless expressly authorized by the landlord or their representative.

3.2. Moroccan Laws

The tenant and occupants agree to comply with the applicable Moroccan laws.

Additionally, drug trafficking and consumption are strictly prohibited and are punishable by imprisonment.

In case of non-compliance with these laws, the landlord or their representative reserves the right to immediately expel any offender from the villa, even before the end of the stay, without compensation.

3.3. House Rules

The client irrevocably agrees to strictly adhere to the house rules annexed to this contract.

3.4. Utilities

The landlord cannot be held responsible for any irregularities or lack of service that may occur with electricity or internet.

The tenant must ensure normal and reasonable use of lighting, heating, and air conditioning systems.

3.5. Safety

Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. It should be noted that the swimming pool is not equipped with a security system or protective barrier, as these are not mandatory in Morocco.

3.6. House Staff (Refer to the house rules)

During the stay, the house staff will be at the service of tenants from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

It is understood that staff cannot serve snacks or meals at any time of the day, as they are on duty early in the morning to prepare breakfast and lunch.

4. Property Condition

The tenant agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure that the occupants respect the premises made available to them. These premises must be left as clean as they were upon arrival.

The principle of respecting property must prevail, particularly regarding the decorative elements left in place by the landlord.

Cancellation

Any cancellation by the tenant, for any reason whatsoever, will irrevocably result in the loss of the deposit already paid.

Any cancellation by the landlord will result in a full refund of the deposit.
